General Terms and conditions for appointments at the practice

§ 1 Scope 1.1. These general terms and conditions apply to all appointments made at the Maria Hoppe practice, i.e., for individual sessions, shamanic treatments, and consultation and coaching appointments, as well as for individual and group supervision appointments arranged by Maria Hoppe (hereinafter referred to as the "practitioner") with her contractual

partner (hereinafter referred to as the "client") under this contract.

1.2 By making an appointment, you accept these general terms and conditions and the cancellation policy for all appointments.

§ 2 Appointment Scheduling, Formation of Contract

2.1 Appointments can be made via email, telephone, or verbally in person.

2.2 Appointments are binding.

§ 3 Fees and Payment Terms

3.1 The agreed fee for the appointment is due within 5 days of the appointment being confirmed. The fee is to be

Referral subject: e.g. "Treatment session" or "Coaching session" plus the appointment date.

3.2 If the client cancels the appointment less than 48 hours or two business days before the appointment start date,

half of the fee will be refunded. If the client cancels the appointment less than 24 hours or one business day before the appointment start date, or if the client fails to show up for the agreed appointment, the practitioner is entitled to payment

of the full fee.

§ 4 Final Provisions 4.1 The parties agree to the application of the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany with regard to

all legal relationships arising from this contractual relationship. General Terms and Conditions for Events

4.1 The registration fee already paid will not be refunded in the event of cancellation by the participant.

4.2 Cancellation can only be made by sending a written message to the organizer via email or using the contact form on

the website.

4.3 The following applies to individual events: In the event of a participant's failure to appear/attend without a written cancellation, or in the event of a cancellation less than 14 days before the start of the event, the organizer is entitled to payment of the full participation fee.

Small business regulations: According to Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), which regulates the

taxation of small businesses, my invoices do not include VAT. Website manager: Maria Hoppe
